• Events are essentially a calendar for staff
  • Multiple types of events can be created (eg. Meetings, inservices, social events, presentations etc) and shown in a calendar.
  • Users can be automatically notified of the event any time prior to the event and any number of times by either SMS or email (e.g. 24 before the meeting, one week before the meeting).
  • Documents can be attached to events such as agendae or minutes.
  • Event attendance can be recorded by administration staff, and summary reports can be created at a later date.
