I've forgotten my password

  • If you have forgotten your password and can no longer access HosPortal, first check your email archive - you should have a registration email from HosPortal that contains this information.
  • If you are still unable to login click here to request a new password.

Why have I received a registration email? What is it?

  • HosPortal is web based software used to manage medical staff. If you have received a registration email, your institution has decided to use HosPortal to manage some aspect of your clinical work.
  • To access HosPortal, you need to use the information in the email you received to register with the HosPortal website, and receive a username and password.
  • Click here to begin this process.

I don't have a username

  • In order to start using HosPortal, you need to register to receive a username and password.
  • To do this you must have already received a registration email that contains a key. If you have a registration email and key, click here.
  • If you do not have a registration email with a key, you need to talk to your administrator before proceeding any further.

My registration key doesn't work

  • Registration keys expire if a new one is sent - check to see if you have received more than one email, and use the most recent key if you have more than one.
  • If not used after a period of time, registration keys can expire - contact your administrator for a new one.
  • If you continue to have problems after trying these two solutions, please contact us.

I no longer have access

  • If your "role" at your institution ends, you may no longer have access to any of their online information.
  • You should contact the administrator and ask them reinstate your access even though you no longer have an active role.
  • HosPortal Pty Ltd is not involved in this decision.
