HosPortal has powerful rules that allow you to decide exactly who and when leave can be requested, and whether it is approved, pending, or denied. For example, you might allow leave to be approved automatically if its more than 6 months in the future, the user has no on call, and there are no more than 2 other users already on leave. You might decide that no more users can request leave over the 2 week Xmas/New year period.
Users can choose from leave types matching their role (eg. study leave, conference leave, FACs leave etc) and then add any number of documents or notes
That's completely up to you! You can create as many as you like, and apply them to all roles or selectively to subsets of roles
