Pricing is calculated "per profile". A profile is either a user who logs into HosPortal, or a user who is placed on a roster.
All support of setup and onboarding is included in your plan.
Our plans have a "fair use" number of SMS included. Rarely, if those numbers (shown in your contract) are exceeded, you may be charged an additional fee for excess SMS sent.
